The Order Process
  •  
    1. When you see an item that you want to buy, simply click on the ”Add to Cart” button and the item will be added to the shopping cart.
    2. On your shopping cart screen, you will see the total amount of your order. If you want to continue shopping, click on the “Continue Shopping” link. To checkout, click on the “Checkout” link.
    3. On the Shipping Address screen, log in if you have an exisiting account (if you’ve placed an order in the past and did not log out, your billing information should already appear on the screen). Otherwise, please create a new account by filling out the Customer Information and Bill To forms.
    4. Review your order and shipping charges on the "next" screen. If everything appears fine, click the Next button.
    5. Enter your payment information and click the Next button. You will be able to confirm your order once more before submitting it.
    6. Once you have reviewed your order, click on the “Confirm Order” button to submit your request. 
    7. You will receive an auto-send confirmation of your order by e-mail.

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received your order confirmation within two business days, please either contact us through the site or call us at 828-210-0188. We will make every effort to respond within one business day regarding the status of your order.

What if I need to Return My Order?

Unopened items may be returned within 90 days of receipt in the original condition for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges. Opened products are NOT refundable. ANY NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Shipping charges will be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method at your own expenses. Nutrients Etc. cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our store. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card. If you request an exchange, we will only send you the exchange when we receive the returned products. Actual shipping charges will apply for this exchange.

What if I want to change or cancel my order before I receive it?

Nutrients Etc. wants to provide the fastest service to you. We will ship all orders within 2 business days of your order. There is a good possibility that by the time you call with a change or cancellation, your package could already be on its way to you. If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to try to accommodate your needs.

What if you don’t have all of the items in stock?

Nutrients Etc. tries its best to carry a full inventory for every product we sell on our site. In rare cases, however, when you place an order that includes items that are "Backordered" or "Out of Stock," we will ship partial orders first and fill the backordered items as soon as they arrive, unless you inform us to cancel the backordered products. All additional shipments after the initial shipment (2nd partial shipment, completion of order, etc.) will be shipped via Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. The actual shipping charges will apply for the second shipment. You will also have the option to cancel the backordered shipment.
